Family Fun Sundays in the Studio

Presented with the support of Anne Safranyos & family, the AGW is pleased to offer Family Fun Sundays in the Studio.
Join AGW’s signature family-friendly program with local artist-led workshops and participate in a hands-on activity related to the current exhibitions. The AGW thanks Anne Safranyos & Family for their 9th consecutive year of sponsorship.
Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

January’s Featured Instructor: Kathryn Pasquach
Kathryn Pasquach grew up in a family of craftswomen and is the youngest of three generations of Cree
moccasin makers (grandmother, mother, daughter). In addition, she makes jewelry and moccasins as an
expression of the traditional culture.
January 5: Dreamcatcher Necklace or Earrings: Learn how to make a miniature dreamcatcher.
January 12: Painting Feathers: Demonstrate your artistic talent by working with natural materials
to paint a feather.
January 19: Open Jewelry Making: Create your own accessory a necklace, a bracelet or a pair of earrings.
January 26: Mystery Braided Bracelet or Necklace or Fringe Keychain: Here’s your chance to learn how to make a mystery braid or a fringe key chain.
