Surface Cleaning Walter Redinger’s Adhesion Wall #1

Adhesion Wall #1 is on display for the first time at the AGW since its acquisition in 1983. The left half of Redinger’s monumental sculpture was cleaned just recently, before the exhibition. A great way to see the beneficial effects of a surface cleaning is to view the process halfway. Join Spencer as he finishes the surface cleaning and discusses the unique challenges of the next steps in the conservation treatment.
